Be prepared and stay safe with this AA Fire Blanket: a generous 1m square of fireproof fabric, especially useful in kitchens. Deployed from its sturdy wipe-clean PVC casing simply by pulling on two tapes, the fire blanket is ready for use. Complies with BS EN 1869:1997.
Directions for use in the event of a fire:
- Pull tapes downwards and outwards
- Hold fire blanket in shield position
- Place gently over fire
- Cover burning material completely
- Switch off heat
- Leave covered until cool
Fire blankets can also be used on fires involving clothing; in which case wrap tightly in fire blanket.
Please note: discard after use.
